Top quality meat but one thing I want to highlight is the absolutely great service.

I visited the shop 25 Jan before Aus Day and bought several different cuts including some NY strip steaks. As it was busy in the store, somehow the steaks were forgotten and not placed in the bag. We immediately left a voicemail on their phone number as soon as we got home as the store had closed already.

We went back to the store a month later (we do not live in the area) as my family and I were at the Camden Markets and informed them what had happened, showing them transactions and confirming details of the purchased items. Understandably they did not remember what had occurred but still honoured it and gave me the steaks in kind.

This is top quality service and I just want to say thank you to the kind staff. Worth returning to.

Great sausages, my young bloke likes them so much he put away 15 in one sitting! And though the sausages are great the conversation is even better! If you haven’t been to Tidsleys have you ever been to a proper butcher?

Went in and asked for strip steak. Lady points to a totally different cut (think it was eye fillet) decides to sell us that. We go home and cook it up, and it is absolutely loaded full of gristle and stubborn fat throughout the entire steak.

Sorry guys but for $55/kg I’d expect better. Change your supplier or lower prices!

Visited Camden on the weekend from Sydney and decided to pick up a roast pork to cook for Sunday lunch. Boneless, shoulder roast was outstanding! Clear instructions from the butcher on preparing the roast to produce amazing crackling and pork was succulent and tender. Thank you for your friendly and helpful service.

We wanted a nice thick juicy steak for dinner. They offered us 4 cattleman’s cutlets.

Cooked 10 minutes each side and rested for 10 minutes.

The meat just melted in your mouth.

Service was quick and friendly.

Pricing note too bad considering the quality of the steaks.
