Big thanks Damon and Chris at the warehouse who helped out with our delivery of 10 camera mounts. We were strapped for time and Lauren helped us organise a expedited delivery

Saw the DHL vehicle pull up, and they quickly intakes the stock and got it out within 30 minutes knowing our urgent situation

Appreciate it team, thanks again, merry Xmas and happy new year

I deal with many security suppliers who are very polite and willing to help. I have tried to contact them to supply me pricing and was told they would have someone call me back, which I didn't get a call back. I rang on two more occasions, again on hold then was disconnected. Very poor service and very disappointing, if it wasn't that they are a reseller for an item that I require I would not deal with them. Its well and good to sell good products but you should back it up with great service. A lot to be desired.

For many years I have been praising the excellent service at Dicker Data and it pains me to say that whilst some departments still offer fantastic service I've also experienced the worst treatment of a client by other departments in the last 6 months. As DD doesn't have the structure to deal with client feedback internally (you can be put through to the head of a department but that doesn't help when the head of the department is the issue) I'm voicing it here in hope of some resolution. I'm hoping this can be resolved however I hold little hope, unfortunately.
