I brought an electric pallet jack from a private seller form gumtree about 1 year ago and it started to play up so I called David from Niuli because his sticker was on the pallet jack. He checked his system and found that this pallet jack was never serviced since it was first purchased from him 5 years ago. He checked it out and knew exactly what needed to be done and gave me a few options and the price he gave me to repair it was very reasonable. He then gave me an electric pallet jack to borrow while mine was being fixed. Excellent service great price and good knowledge of his oprduct.
