Came here for a one time volunteer job but ended up staying as everyone was so warm and loving.They embraced me with open arms and I have decided to join them on a regular basis.Amazing place and they are doing so much work for the Aboriginal community, great craft work by the students.

Baabayn Aboriginal Corporation has been serving the community since 2015. This Aboriginal Organization was started by 5 Aboriginal elders, (in the beginning they had very little money if any), these original 5 elders were joined together in the dream of creating a place where Aboriginal people and members of the public could come, feel welcome, connected, and yarn. Yarning is healing and is the Aboriginal way towards self-determination, and connectedness to culture.
9 years later, this organization remains humble and true to its early goals. This organization doesn't have a big flash office or even a flash website - it remains proudly 100% Aboriginal-owned, operated, and staffed This organization packs a punch in the community and delivers excellent service on a bare-bones budget. Baabayn survives on the donations of the supporters and members of the community who see the good works that they have done and continue to do.
I base this review on knowing and volunteering for this organization since 2018.
You are the true OG's of aboriginal empowerment in Blacktown (minus the million-dollar contracts) which is why I rate you a 5 out of 5.
