Shawn was very friendly and helpful. Got my capacitor for my AC right away. Drove around half of NoVA and checked several different places—Grainger was the only one with the right product and had the most knowledgable staff.

I came there to buy 2 inch street elbow that home depot and lowes didn't have it, and i got it there next day for reasonable price. The person was very nice and polite. Good customer service and i will definitely come back. Thanks Grainger

My air-conditioner went out. After watching a YouTube video I figured I try and replace the capacitor myself. I called the main number and went over what part I needed. The operator was very friendly. I read off numbers and he found the part. When I arrived at Dulles there three clerks are desks in the middle of stores. I waited about a minute and a nice gentleman came over and found my order. I opened the box and it was the wrong type, two prongs instead of three. The nice guy said no problem do you have the old one with you? I said no but showed him a picture of the label on my old capacitor. We did some typing on his keyboard and in with a minute found the correct part. $40 dollars. Went home replaced it. A/C is nice and cool and running perfect now. The people couldn't of been any nicer.

They have bad customer service. I placed an order with the representative and was told it was in their local store. I told them that it was important that we have the items next day delviery. We waited for the entire day and no phone call, updates, or delivery. We will not be using Grainger anymore. Their sense of urgency is below 1 star. This incident jeopardized our project and cost us additional time and money. I am going to request a total refund!!!!!!

Walked in @ 13:30 hrs & greeted immediately by employee #XRXM115 who began looking up my order. I found the workstation layout extremely helpful! I could see the computer screen without having to flip back & fourth. Inventory displayed on walls & various places at the site. Walked out @ 13:47 hrs with exactly what I needed. Prices slightly higher than other suppliers. Overall excellent experience!
