I came in store to buy hair products and was unsure what suited my hair care needs. I was assisted by Libby who was very helpful and recommended some good products for me. I also wanted to get my eyebrow and lip re-pierced, to which Libby also assisted me greatly. I was very anxious at the start but Libby calmed and assured me throughout the process and provided an excellent customer service experience! Amazing service from Mars the piercer. I am a return customer of Mars, she's the wonderful piercer at Hairhouse. She so friendly and super patient as I am so fussy with placements of my piercings and I'm full of many questions. Ever service I've had had been perfect with her but she's not the only one, I have found all the staff are super friendly, helpful and welcoming. From greeting me at the door to helping me with hair products. I highly recommend this location for a great piercer or just overall service from the staff.

Wow wow wow ? Caitlyn ur service was amazingly awesome I’m someone who is terrified of piercings and u took the time and patience and went through the process step by step I did this piercing at Liverpool but came to Wetherill park for my check up because your work is perfect I just wanna say a big thank you for such beautiful work. Your dedication is great and just want to say keep up such great spirit and hard work you honestly are great . I highly recommend Caitlyn for your piercings she honestly does it so good and advises truthfully she’s your go to girl for piercings .

Was greeted by friendly staff on arrival and the employees made my little daughter comfortable when she was anxious about getting her ears pierced. The employee that pierced my daughters ears was named Mars and she was professional, polite and a beautiful person. Excellent service. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful staff all around, everyone is very welcoming and absolutely lovely. The staff obviously love their job, and don't try to sell you things you don't need. Hairdresser went into depth of things that will help with my hair care routine. Walked in with extremely dry and damaged ends of my hair, walked out feeling like a new person and absolutely loved the way it was cut. It just feels so much healthier. My daughter had her ears pierced here and the piercer was so patient with her and made the experience for my daughter less frightening, came back in to get new earrings after the time frame and she was again so kind and gentle. All of the staff deserve a raise.

Mars was absolutely amazing, came in today to get 3 piercings, was super lovely and fun to talk to and have this experience with, would 100% recommend her to all my friends!!! And the piercings are amazing! She’s such a vibe Love her!!
