It's wonderful having a venue like this in the Shire. Can't complain about the variety and quality of shows, and the bonus of lots of nearby parking. But I do have a niggle about the bar prices. We went to see Georgy Girl last Sunday (which was fantastic) and a glass of champagne was $16 to which they added a "Sunday 10% surcharge". Then last night (Friday) we went to the John Newcombe play and a glass of champagne was $10. What's with that? Not only do they jack up the prices on Sunday, they add a surcharge. Not happy Jack.

State of the art, amazing place, a really good job has been done to upgrade the old ā€œSutherland Entertainment Centreā€ into what it is now - The Pavilion, from the exterior to the interior.
Very close, less than 5 minutes walk from the Sutherland train station. Parking in the daytime can be hard, there is usually plenty of space times.
I highly recommend to see any shows there !

It's an amazing new building with loads of potential. It's close to cafes and parks, too. We've been to a kids show and unfortunately they ran out of popcorn and booster seats. Easy to fix though. The interior is quite fancy but I doubt it will look that nice for very long. I don't think a spill would be easy to clean from those fabric seats.

It's great to have a venue of this quality in the Shire, disappointing it only offers 1 type of Zero Alcohol Beer, which was unavailable last time I visited. Suggest getting a new supplier.

An amazing state of the art theatre that I believe is bringing much needed culture and sophistication to the area - with great shows and such an amazing atmosphere. The outside area is great for kids - including space where they can use scooters and a grass area to play - and with a fabulous mist installation! This facility was desperately needed in the Shire and has given the area a different look and feel. Fabulous investment by the Local Council. Well done!
