Shout out to my man Boris you legend give this man a pay rise, very enthusiastic and knowledgeable with his job.
He assisted me and a friend with sizing and talked me through relevant information about their products.

I purchased the Rival RB10 Intelli-shock bag gloves, trained with them today and I love em, great wrist support, I can hit harder, very comfortable and light. Definitely recommend this product.

Will also send people their way for boxing or fighting equipment by that standard alone.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Matt(Manager) and his team, sorry I couldn’t remember your names went above and beyond to help me out!

I had manufacturer issues with my Fairtex Thai pads I bought under a year ago.
Emailed the boys at MMA Factory and got back to me within the hour with a solution.
Matt ended up speaking to Fairtex on my behalf to resolve the issue; they wouldn’t budge but he was determined to help me out.
I ended up with a brand new set of pads, thanks to Matt and his team.

These guys look after their customers and prioritise their customers’ best interest.
They come up with solutions, not excuses
