Mauricio, the sales representative, did an excellent job assisting us with ideas and options for a new bookshelf, TV unit, and desk that fitted our budget without compromising on quality. He was very approachable and accommodating regarding the different options and ideas we had.

Carlos, an experienced cabinet maker and his assistant James, worked incredibly hard over two days, building the furniture with detailed finish and ensuring everything was clean once the job was completed.

The pricing was very reasonable compared to the five other companies I consulted, yet the quality and workmanship were outstanding. The team was also very tidy, ensuring everything was clean and even vacuuming after installation.

Bass and the team at Impressive Wardrobes did an outstanding job! The office staff were always polite and prompt in answering calls, making the entire process seamless.

I received a detailed quotation, and when I decided to change the wardrobe location, they kindly returned to re-measure at no extra charge. Bass was incredibly helpful in the showroom, offering valuable advice. He suggested white glass doors, which look stunning, and recommended opting for just one mirror for easier cleaning. He also explained that two doors are more manageable than three, which proved to be a practical tip.

Additionally, we opted for the wardrobe base from them, which looks much better than having floorboards inside. The result is fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Installer Ali was such a friendly guy and gave me free soft close drawers!

I would like to thank Son, for putting in my new wardrobe today. He has done a perfect job. So much more professional then the previous people who came and done the wardrobe in my daughters room in 2023.
I will be asking to have him back to do the extensions put in for this wardrobe in the next couple of weeks. I would recommend you ask for him if you are looking at getting a wardrobe put In yourself.

The overall work/material and some installation lack attention to detail. We install 8 items in the house. Spent a lot. Expected the level of service to be carried out through their actual product. Damaged floor and damaged walls upon installation.
