Multiple staff members were too busy joking around with each other and friends sitting down, rather than helping customers. Waited quite a long time for my order for it to be missing a cheese burger. The chips shoved upside down so they all fall in the brown bag. The manager didn't apologise or even acknowledge they cared, nor wanted to deal with the circus of how it's being run at Wetherill Park Mac Donald's. Very disappointing experience.

I just wanted to share my experience at McDonald's and be honest with you. I'm really not happy about what happened.

So, here's the deal. I found a dead fly in my fries. Can you believe it? And the worst part is, I only noticed it after I finished eating. It's just not cool, and it left me feeling pretty upset.

Honestly, based on what happened, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They really need to work on keeping things clean and making sure the food is safe to eat. Finding a dead burnt fly in your fries is definitely not a good sign.

I hope this helps others make better choices, and I hope McDonald's takes this seriously and improves their standards.

They had me waiting in drive through waiting bay, and told the blonde girl my order again when she gave me the wrong order. And then I had to go back in and remind them again and tell them my order. When she came out to give it to me they said they made my order fresh but only the chips were hot, so the lied on top of that. Order tonight 13/08/24 at 850 pm

Had the best driest filleted fish Highly recommended if your starving!!
The Salt was absolutely beautiful with my chips,I thought they'd put an extra scoop of salt yummy.
Remind me never ever to go past this joint at midnight!!!
If I could give you zero stars I would have loved to!!

Honestly one of the worst experiences at maccas ive ever had.
The drive through server today was one of the rudest people ive ever had to deal with.
Once we got our meal, the bacon mcmuffin was literally unedible and bacon old and hard as you can see in the picture.
Chips were old and filled half the container.

Please do not go to this mcdonalds
If the owner sees this, please look into the drive through server 10:40 19th nov

Worst mcdonald’s I have been to, staff are disgustingly rude, food is terribly made, burgers are cold, nuggets are hard and drinks taste like it’s come straight from the toilet bowl. It’d be nicer if staff was trained to have some sort of excellent customer service. Such a shame, do better.

Ordered a double cheeseburger meal with a side of Big Mac sauce. Ended up with a smidge of sauce... Good one champs! Never, ever coming back
