Well it looks like it was happening years ago and things haven’t changed. I had the very scary circumstance to be nearly run off the road just out of Moree on Thursday morning. I was in the inside lane letting traffic go past in a passing lane. A truck and car had gone past and this driver in a blue and white KW with 3 trailers thought he might try and get past. As I was running out of road I had my blinker on to move back into traffic. He did not back off and it was touch and go if he hit the back of my caravan (bright green) or if I drove over the edge and destroyed my car and van. I couldn’t believe he bloody had the nerve to flash me and blow his horn my poor wife was very distraught. Eventually the idiot passed me but he kept up his idiotic driving right down the road nearly causing a few accidents. He is a danger to other road users and driving such a huge rig that weighs a lot means he could really do some damage. I got a picture of the last trailer later that morning when we were stopped at road works.

I can only surmise McNaughts Transport actually teaches their drivers to drive dangerously and endanger the lives of complete strangers as my experience is EXACTLY the same as Adam Stewarts.
Today, 28/10/19, at approx 4:40pm at the Bray Street intersection in Coffs Harbour a McNaughts Transportation truck with plate number TE 77 KM sped up our left side despite that lane coming to an end. He then proceeded to merge right into our lane while we were directly next to him, with other vehicles to our right and behind, leaving us no where to go. Applying the breaks quickly, our only option was to come to a full stop in the middle of two lanes of highway traffic while he dangerously swerved in front of us. He had absolutely no intention of slowing down, stopping or obeying any road rules and was intent on crashing into the side of our care if needs be. We then continued behind him on the highway and observed him proceed to do this again. A white ute was to our right and a car length ahead (directly next to the truck), but the truck decided he wanted to overtake the Lerner driver he had until then been tail gating. Again, and with no warning, he suddenly swerved into the right lane, forcing the ute driver to also apply his breaks suddenly.
I have worked for family owned businesses who would NEVER allow their drivers to behave in this way. This is simply appalling behaviour from people who operate large vehicles on roads to be shared with everyone.

I would like to report a dangerous driving incident caused by one of your truck drivers.
The truck in question is Reg No TA 39 UA ( NSW).
The incident happened at around 11:55am on the Wednesday, 9th of August 2017 on the Monash Freeway North-bound, around Glen Iris in Victoria.
Your truck driver was on the left-hand lane, whilst I was on the right-hand lane of a two lane freeway. He over-took my car, swerving into my lane, cutting me off, very nearly causing my vehicle to swing into on-coming traffic, just to survive.
I sounds my horn several times but your driver seemed to ignore me and continue to over take on the inside lane, then get infront of me. He then proceeded to tail gate the vehicle infront of him, intending, I am sure, to do exactly the same thing.
I only report this so that your driver may be reprimanded, so that I may save some other lives in the process.
I look forward to your reply.
Thanks,

Adam Stewart
