Excellent service, helped us out twice in a month, had the products that we required, helpful friendly service, prices are great, the new washing machine we purchased in the first instance was a lot cheaper then others, and the bonus is they service there products. Thank you to Gary for his wonderful help and support when purchasing our new laundry appliances. Your store had exactly what we wanted. Gary made our trip to collect them very easy to pick up. We came from Cowra so a long trip for us. We just happened to call in on our way home from a holiday and were excited to find this store had what we were looking for. Now installed and we are very happy with the items.

I recently moved to Jerilderie NSW to retire and have sought some whitegoods for my new home, i turned to Betta Electrical in Finley, and have been extremley impressed with there customer service, and knowledge on the Electric Stove, Dishwasher and Microwave I've recently purchased.
The staff have been brilliant with honest, first class customer service and assistance.
Even the delivery driver whom delivered the goods and installed them was awesome!!
Having worked myself in retail for over 30 years i know how customer service has slipped in numerous retail outlets!.
But not so with this business!!
Keep up the exemplary service and your business will continue to flourish!! .
