I had a Jan Jan automated sliding gate and matching metal fence put in my front yard about 18 months ago. It has been working great ever since.
I was impressed that they had a better way of mounting the gate guide track in to the ground. Where everyone else wanted me to concrete the whole slanting grassed area for the track, requiring a concreter and form work, Jan Jan simply dug a couple of holes, filled it with concrete and had levelled pinions stick out for the guide track. My gate opens level and I didn't have to get a concreter in. Great work and helped save money. Recommend
