My family has been going to Cyndi and her lovely team at Pharmacy 4 Less in Five Dock for many years, and we honestly couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. During COVID, Cyndi went above and beyond to support us with genuine care, thoughtful advice, and a calm, professional presence that made such a difference during a really uncertain and stressful time.

As a mum herself, I truly trust her instincts and guidance when it comes to my family’s health—it always feels like you’re being looked after by someone who really understands. And the warm, friendly way she greets us every time is just the icing on the cake.

I also have to say, the vitamins she’s recommended over the years—for sleep, energy, and more—have been the most effective ones I’ve tried.

I honestly can’t recommend Cyndi and her team enough if you’re looking for a pharmacist who genuinely cares and treats you like more than just a customer.

The pharmacist Phuy was amazing. I cannot thank Phuy and everyone at Pharmacy 4 Less on Parramatta road enough. My prescription was out of stock everywhere and they were able to let me know that it was in stock with them. They even called me back and communicated with me over email. The most amazing service from a Pharmacy that I have ever had. This may be subjective to my experience. But it was an amazing first experience with them. I was happy to travel the 30 minutes to them after I was provided with the phone and email communication that my prescription was available and ready for collection. Thank you all so very much.

Just had a really great experience with Phyu. The doctor had issued an incorrect prescription. Phyu followed up with the doctor straight away, then double checked the doctors new prescription against the prescribing guidelines to make sure there weren’t any further mistakes. I’ve been a loyal customer of Pharmacy 4 Less (Five Dock) for years now, and I can honestly say that the service here is second to none.

Veronica is an absolute gem, her warm, friendly demeanor, incredible knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine care make every visit a standout experience. George is equally fantastic ~ always professional, approachable, and ready to help with any questions or concerns.

The rest of the team also deserves a ton of credit. Even though I don’t know all their names, they’re consistently helpful, efficient, and make the whole process from picking up prescriptions, to seeking advice, completely seamless.

The location is another big win. Conveniently nestled next to Officeworks, a decent kebab shop, a Coles petrol station, Maccas, and Kentucky Fried Chicken, so it’s in the perfect spot to swing by whether you’re running errands or grabbing a quick bite.

One thing that really sets this pharmacy apart is their extended trading hours, which makes them incredibly reliable when you need something urgently.

A big thank you to the entire team for consistently delivering such an outstanding experience, for even if this pharmacy was located in an inconvenient location, I’d still make my way there.
