Exceptionally happy with my treatment done by Nurse Aline and highly recommend her to anyone wanting to get anything done!! Her depth of knowledge was shown in the detail and extent of our consultation, which really made me feel at ease to proceed with the treatment. Her communication during the treatment made me feel comfortable and at peace as she’d tell me what to expect step by step as it was happening. It was amazing to get a warning of when and where each incision was made and the type of pain level i should expect. I recently visited this clinic for Botox and was advised that 90 units would be used. At the time, I wasn’t sure whether that was considered a high dose and placed my trust in the practitioner’s recommendation. In hindsight, I feel that more time and care could have been taken to explain the treatment plan and help me make a more informed decision.

The entire appointment, including the consultation, was very brief — around 7 minutes in total — and the injections themselves were completed in just a couple of minutes. This left me feeling rushed and a bit uneasy about the process.

It has now been a week since the treatment, and I have not seen any noticeable results. This is unusual compared to my previous experiences with the same brand of Botox. I was charged $450 for forehead treatment alone, and based on the speed and lack of visible change, I genuinely question whether the full 90 units were administered.

I did reach out to the clinic to raise my concerns, but unfortunately, I didn’t feel heard or supported in any meaningful way. While I understand results can vary, the overall experience left me disappointed — particularly given the cost and the lack of follow-up care or interest in client satisfaction.
