James who was working at the cash register on Friday 11/04/25 was really helpful. I had a list of 10 things I needed to get and he got me to the exact aisle where all of them were. Great guy, very helpful.

Super helpful and plentiful staff, a sensible layout, and loads of parking make this an awesome Bunnings.

Come for whatever - stay for the sausage sizzle. I’ve never seen parking full even at peak times, and browsing or click and collect work great. Included videos to show the condition of the store, which was good in my view.

Brought back 2 LED lamps that I had bought 1 hour prior as they had no drivers. Swapped with 2 that have drivers. Returned to same staff member who had helped me at the checkout. Because the receipt was binned at the checkout he offerred me store credit but I would have to buy the lamps again. Had to fish the receipt out of the bin in store to get him to do a straight swap. BS.
