Rented a small truck to help with moving to Canberra, I had never driven one before and was a little nervous to but Ong was so friendly and gave great tips and it made me feel at ease and I ended up have a very fun time driving the truck. I would 100% come here again for a rental and would recommend them to anyone. Ong was amazing and when we returned the truck, Fay was so lovely and helpful (she said she normally works at the Bankstown Hertz). The price was very reasonable and the staff were fantastic!

Efficient, happy, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Some strong wait times can occur as returns come in at similar times for collection = site jam + increased customer wait times.
It is a small office/ location site, the staff do a great job with resources that they have.

Josh at Hertz in Five Dock provides excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to help me with my recent car hire issue ( flat battery) I highly recommend these guys if you ever need to hire a car in the inner west ! They are amazing. Five star service.
