Always great service from Kuvings Australia. We already have one of their cold-press juicers and we just recently bought their Cara CA5001 Under Sink Reverse Osmosis Water Filter. It works really well, and the tap looks very neat and clean next to our sink. It definitely gives us peace of mind to know that microplastics and PFAS (forever chemicals) are now filtered out of our drinking water.

We’ve been using these juicers since 2014 in our juice bar and at home. The customer service is fantastic. Best of all it’s a family business and you just know the teams passion and intention to deliver better health outcomes in our community. Our kids have been drinking vegetable juices since they were like 4 years old. I didn’t realise until now just how much this small investment and morning habit has planted seeds of “health is wealth” into our family. If you’re thinking about juicing we’ve tried lots of other brands in the past this is probably the best juicer in Australia.

Fantastic products and amazing customer service. We purchased a commercial juicer for our cafe and has improved our efficiencies and our flavours. When a part was broken due to a staff/operator error they facilitated a warrantly replacememt immediately and the part arrived less than 24hrs later to a rural location. Can't recommend this company more highly! Thank you for your quality products and genuine service.

I wouldn't recommend Kuvings Australia nor the Auto10 juicer. The specifications on the website are misleading and customer service is not there to help. I wish I trusted the bad reviews before purchasing.

About Auto 10, the operation time is less than 30 minutes, on the website it is advertised that you can run it for an hour. I was told their engineer inspected it and you can use it for an hour. The dimensions are different to the ones on the website.

The celery gets stuck, pineapple and ginger too.
Lemon and other citrus pulp is very moist.

It is not easy to clean, there are a lot of parts and it can be difficult to put together.

Customer service in my experience is bad. I was receiving response from different people, some are rude and can't deal with customers and treaten you that if you have used the product you are not getting a full refund.

All in all I regret spending my money here and wouldn't recommend buying their products.

The juicing lid is poorly made and breaks easily, even when used according to the manual.

Customer service is unhelpful and focuses on finding reasons to deny issues rather than addressing the product's poor quality.

Ordered an orange peeler, broke within a few months. Later I contacted for warranty... Crickets.. I emailed again still no reply.
I don't think you can expect any warranty claims from this place without working really hard to get it.

Bought a juicer. Decided $500 was probably a bad decision for a juicer I would be using maximum twice a week. Spoke to Roula about the refund process and was advised i would need to pay for returning it and that I would also lose $60 for afterpay and shipping fees. I sent it back and haven't heard back from them on two occasions. Looks like this will have to be taken further. Not impressed.
