Had a very simple request of a change of invoice name and as it was last financial year the CFO has decieded that its to hard to change. Did not return my emails until I chased them and when I spoke to the CFO she spoke with sheer arrogance. This change would have cost the business nothing and kept the customer happy ...now an X customer
