These guys are the best I’ve come across. Really friendly and fixed my iPhone12 perfectly. Needed a new charging connection and battery and they cleaned all the speakers for no charge, so now I can hear perfectly again! When they discovered the battery needed replacing, they gave me a loaner, as the phone would not be ready till the next day. Very cheap, but no skimping on value. Great quality service. I’ll be using them again when I get my daughters phone repaired. Oh, they also gave me a great discount on a pair of headphones as part of the deal!

This team is super effective, super useful phone repair services in Burwood, fair price, excellent quality and level of service, very knowledgeable. I have had two android phones repaired by them, battery and operating system replacement/overhaul on Sony Xperia, and screen and casing replacement, speaker replacement on Nokia 5.4. As I said good price, super quick, one was 5 days due to workload, other was less than 1.5 hours. Recommend highly if you need repairs in innerwest, south western Sydney, Burwood Road at Parramatta Road, light rail being constructed 4 doors up...

Smashed (badly) the back of my phone last night, and was able to have an appointment booked for this morning. My phone is completely fixed and looks great (see before and after pics). The girls were lovely and it took 2 hours which was amazing. I also for a new screen protector. Definitely recommend

Recently had an iPad Pro 9.7 battery replaced for the first time with Greencell after using it for over 9 years since Apple considered it vintage. Li was very diligent and very honest in her approach from the start.

Any instructions given was meticulous followed such as sourcing the aftermarket battery that I wanted, providing a photo of the internal battery and checking the functionalities beforehand and even giving me the battery package upon picking up the device.

What made this situation rewarding was that there was a minor problem with the unit, however Li was willing to go the extra mile to fix the problem and staying back very late to ensure there was minimal down-time and even suggested to allow her time to ensure the issue did not resurface.

I have no issue in recommending this store to conduct repairs as Li is very transparent and honest which is important when problems arises.

Alija's Customer Service is first Class, She quoted my Iphone repair, matched another price I had and added an extra accessory.. anyone else would of lost my business but not Alija.. she offered many comfortable insights to help me park free as Burwood is a busy place.. she also kept me informed as my repair was made..
