Purchased an Aveya chair from these guys and super happy that I did, my requirement was I wanted a nice chair that was ergonomic and very comfortable at the rice price point. I started off looking online at import knock offs which was my first mistake to then sitting in an IKEA chair for several months which led to a hamstring issue as the chair was too hard on my hamstring. Really happy the chair came within 2 weeks, I was able to customise the chair the way I wanted with colour, additional foam and the fact I was able to remove the wheels was awesome as this sits nicely on carpet. No issues with the staff they were all very helpful when going onsite and on the phone. I would recommend these guys again if you want a good quality chair!

I ordered a customised chair. Due to it being made to order, I had to wait for assembly in the US and shipment via ocean to Australia. Having dealt with ocean freight myself, I understand the need for the long lead time and consolidation. It was worth the wait. I elected to pickup the chair from Rozelle and it was there ready for me in the bag having being assembled by the team with zero issues or blemishes. Communication was good and I'm happy with everything. The chair is amazing.

I've had the pleasure of Marcus and his team assisting me with the installation & servicing of my electric stand up desk over the last 2 years and it's been great. The team have always been very helpful, enthusiastic and responsive to all my queries every single time.
I've required replacements, a few add-ons from time to time and some help when the controllers got damaged and they have been fantastic in sorting it out all the time. And they're more than happy to thow in a freebie or a discount when possible which is always appreciated.
Definitely recommend Seated for their great service.

I'd researched online so I knew they had a good range and happy clients. And I've narrowed down what I'm after after a few years, waiting for the right bargain.... Eventually your back tells you, "it's time, life's too short for back pain and damage from sitting ".

Bought instore, I drove away with an ergonomic office chair from the super informative, helpful, patient, new guy (Nick? Chris?) And what I probably appreciated most was simple genuine helpful knowledge ( he knew every switch and nuance to all the chairs) and the care he took to answer my myriad curious and perfectionistic questions. Ah, and MOST importantly, how to sit in the right on each model. I have tried many chairs in many stores, and finally had my Goldilocks Moment. with no sales pressure either. Some magical chairs in there. I tried then with my back as tired as it gets - the day after a 24 hrs Economy class trip. I felt fixed just sitting well in the chair he recommended. Totally enjoyed that. Thanks!

I occasionally suffer from mild lower back pain, due to a training injury sustained last year.

Being self employed, and working primarily from home, I began to experience pain from prolonged use of the (basic) work station I was using.

I decide to contacted seated (amongst others) to see if I could improve my workstation to provide better posture support.

The staff at Seated were very, very helpful over the phone and actually invited me to visit their showroom in Paddington, to trial a new set up. (including chair, mouse and keyboard!)

The showroom itself is quite funky, and the staff were extremely helpful and informative, they were even so kind as to set everything up for me and let me have a test run prior to purchasing. This was a massive bonus for me!

I ended up purchasing a mouse, keyboard and a brand new chair, and am happy to say this has greatly alleviated my lower back pain, and provided me with a better workstation.

Overall, I was extremely happy, both with the Seated products, and especially, the professional and friendly service I received from Marcus.

So thank you Seated! Your product and customer service exceeded my expectations!

If I could give a 6/5 I would. (Disclaimer: I can't speak for shipping, as I bought express in store)

TLDR: Probably the best customer service I've experienced, I knew exactly what the terms and conditions were and felt I was able to make an informed decision with assistance from staff.

I had set aside a day to visit a list of ergonomic chair stores. After the amazing customer service at Seated I knew I didn't need to look any further (They were first on the list). I was able to inspect all the chairs with complete freedom and staff were ready to assist if needed. On my first visit I spent around an hour in store and felt welcome every moment, I had lots of questions and never felt any of them were "stupid questions". I came back a few weeks later and spent around 30 minutes more inspecting the Mirra 2 Butterfly Office Chair (with arms) and decided to purchase it. After testing the chair at home it was clear the arms wouldn't work with my current desk setup, I asked for an exchange and I picked up the model without arms and the process was completely painless. 10/10 would recommend.
