Good Value canopy and great service

One of the worst retail experiences ever, brought a motop tent ($3000) from the store directly and some accessories ($500) via MW online store.
Was going away soon and asked the store operator if he could arrange stock I ordered to be transferred to the store so I could collect. With normal, helpful people that work in retail this would be a reasonable request, think again.
The operator told me they had nothing to do with the online store and was unable to help. Before leaving he implied that within 1 week the stock ‘might’ be available at the store and he would let me know, extremely rude person.
A couple of phone calls and emails later this proved to be a lie, the guy was stalling me with ridiculous excuses including my car is broken down and not responding to email at all.
In the end I reached out to another MW branch to help as the manager at Penrith was useless and dishonest, Granville gave me the run around as well. I ended up raising a claim against the company via afterpay to which I got an instant response from the Penrith store, happy to take my money but make it impossible for me to take delivery of goods without involving afterpay. Finally I had to drive all the way to St Peter’s to their depot to collect, great product but customer service experience was equal to chewing on broken glass. Would not recommend
