It took them two full days to complete our job and from the moment they turned up (on time!) they were professional and friendly. Fantastic service from start to finish! I had some very specific ideas about the set up I wanted in my new house, based on my old house. Daniel from Ample Air was very happy to work through those ideas and put together a package which met my needs. I also had a very specific window in which I wanted the install to be completed, and Ample Air worked to accommodate that (in fact I understand that they worked until 7pm to accommodate that). I would definitely recommend Ample Air, especially if you're looking to do a MyAir install!

Highly reccomend - I got 2 Rinnai split systems (with wi-fi) installed in late 2024. The customer service from quote in install was very professional (turned up when they said they would, friendly and great to deal, including when changes needed to be made to the quote). The install technicians were very professional (arrived ontime, friendly, efficient and explained what they were doing). Everything was left neat and tidy. The units look great installed, due to both the sales team's and the technicians attention to detail (cabels tidy and cable covers colour matched to existing house down pipes). The units have been in for over a month and they are performing great! I am very happy with my choice to use Ampleair.

Very happy with Daniel and the Ample Air team, advised on the oprtions alos pointed out we needed to upgrade some old Electrical wiring. The installation was very neat and tidy, very happy with our new Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Bronte 7.5Kw (Split System Air Conditioner).
Highly reommended company.
