Always the loveliest people at the front desk, and the waiting rooms are cosy and spacious ! I see Dr Bedford, who has been the most patient and supportive Dr. I was a medical mystery for a long while before I met her, but ever since doing so, I've found an amazing medical and mental health team that have changed my life. My luck genuinely got better after coming across her, and any patient who gets the opportunity to meet her will always be met with the utter most care and attentiveness.

Dr Jess Bedford has saved my life twice. She is an extraordinary general practitioner. I've never had better in my life. The reception staff have always been brilliant. They are responsive and kind. Fabulous practice who have served our family's needs so well. Would like more stars please!!!

Phoned this morning to request an appointment for our son who has severe acne & two suspicious moles (both grandmother & mother have had melanoma) with Dr Graham Chaffee. Receptionist was rude, unnecessarily so. Books closed & we are “out of the area” (we are at Katoomba). To say I’m shocked is an understatement. Appalling customer service.

My uni student daughter was charged $80 for a phone call. The doctor kept telling her she needed prednisone and antibiotics (she had a cold and has no history of needing prednisone and didn’t have a cough just a sore throat and cold.) He then ‘forgot’ to sign the form she needed for uni. Go to instascripts. It’s cheaper.

You need to plan and fall sick. You cannot go and see a doctor unless you have planned your sickness. However sick you are you are turned away. Zero empathy. If you are sick and it’s your first time you need to wait 2 weeks. Worst than 3rd world. Highly not recommended. Oh if you have a cough the doctor won’t see you cause they can get a cough. I have never heard this before despite living in various countries around the world

Wonderful practice. The Staff are lovely and extremely accommodating.
As a teaching practice they often have young Registrars who each spend approximately 12 months at the surgery and I have been lucky enough to have 2 such Doctors, first Rebecca and recently Brendan Wong, an incredible young man with a huge future ahead of him.
We are very fortunate to have this outstanding medical practice as part of our Community.

The doctors here are all generally pretty good and you can get in most days to see someone. However, the wait times are absolutely ridiculous!!! I booked the first appointment today and the doctor is already 20 minutes late & I'm still waiting. I have had to wait for over an hour before. Management needs to find a solution to this persistent and common problem.
