You always have to wait two hours here to pick up the car. The workers do not accept any responsibility that the customer's time is wasted. It is the worst place to pick up the cars you buy.

Awful experience. Completed DIYInspect and accepted below average offer as required quick sale. They called and said car must be dropped off by the end of the day (Wednesday the 31st May) so it can be processed before the weekend. We rushed to get the car out there to drop it off. When we arrived, front desk lady took the keys, asked no questions and didn’t seem to know much. It got to Friday and hadn’t heard anything and we were worried as the payout for the loan expires that day. Called and they said it’s in the Q to be inspected still. Came to the end of the day on Monday and told the same thing and to get a new payout for Wednesday as that is the latest it would be done. It’s now Wednesday night and haven’t heard anything. We called this morning and they said they took the car to Canberra (?) and said they will likely offer a lower price. We told them multiple times we are moving countries next week so we needed this to be done quickly and they said it was a super quick process. Now we can’t even get the car back to take it elsewhere because they’ve transported it 5 hours away. This honestly feels like a massive scam so we are now still paying off a car that we don’t even have. Won’t be going with Pickles again and will be letting people i know to avoid altogether!

We got a fantastic deal on the car & the customer service was great, we had our new car signed & done driving away in an hour.
The car was exactly as described no BS.
They even refunded money into my account after I put the wrong amount on the bank check.
Thanks Rex we will be back for our next car.

After winning an auction for $1750 they failed to contact me to give me a way to pay. After I called them I was assured it was all in order and as soon as the paperwork was sorted I would be able to pay and pick it up. This continued for a week and after a total of 6 calls to their office I was told that despite being the highest bidder I couldn't have my bike unless I paid $4000 despite there being no reserve set. After I said I wanted to pay the price we previously agreed to I was rudely told not to waste their time with negotiation and either pay the $4000 or no sale.

I have used Pickles to purchase vehicles and generally had no issues. I tried to sell a vehicle through them (that I purchased). It took two days to get a text message asking to bring the car in. Brought the car in. Rex had was rude. Stated a valuation must take place. Looked at the car for about a minute and said he would call. Rex called and advised the vehicle would NET below trade by over a thousand dollars. I asked what NET entailed and was told that "I don't have time for this". And here I was thinking... that was part of your job... terrible customer service. I would give a rating of zero if it was available.
