The collectors are fine and very competent. The receptionist is the rudest woman I have ever encountered in a service such as this. This is the older woman with dark hair and if there is more than one I apologise to the one who isn't rude. You will know who you are. For as long as this receptionist works here I WILL NOT use this service and would rather travel elsewhere.

I like to refer to this place as the ‘PATHOLOGY PLACE OF DOOM!’ You genuinely don’t know if you will get sent to hell and spent an entirety of time in hell first or just never get served!
It opens at 8:30, but don’t worry, staff don’t actually arrive until 9am, and goodness only knows when the first person will be seen.
How can they possibly be so slow?
Why do they move and talk at the speed of pitch?
For the love of god. I’ll happily exsanguinate in the waiting room if you will just take my blood!!!

When it says “at Lunch back at 1:30” what they didn’t say is add another hour waiting time. Not only that when they finally appear at a glacial speed, they are down right rude to you. This place is the Fawlty Towers of Pathology. Maybe call it Pathetic Pathology, no that’s too kind.
