Came here recently and loved it, genuinely one of the best meals I've had. Every course was delicious, exciting and beautiful. The service was perfect, the aesthetics spot on and the setting special.

The love and care from the staff is obvious and the weekly updated menu is fantastic. I had the non alcoholic pairing and it was excellent.

Would highly recommend and will certainly be back

This place is fabulous! The views are amazing and the food experience was one of the best we have had. Food was exceptional as were the matching wines. A walk around the beautiful farm added to a great day. Thank you Vince and Ash for fantastic service.

What a treat. The setting is gorgeous but really it's about the food and service. A joy to have such fresh produce. Hard to pick a favourite but the feral potatoes were a stand out for me. They reminded me of how food used to taste. Sheer delight from start to finish.

What a brilliant lunch.
Not only was the food wonderful and the setting unbeatable - but the service magnificent. When they found out we needed eggs for the following day we were given farm fresh eggs! Wow

Second visit for us, this time with our parents! Colin and his team impressed us once again with the incredible food and amazing paring of non-alcoholic drinks. Everyone is so friendly, the ground staff gave us a nice tour of the farm and the greenhouse where our food came from. There will be a 3rd visit from us for sure as the menu changes constantly based on the farm harvest.

Simply fantastic. Just words alone won’t do it justice so I added some pictures. We were lucky enough to have booked a table during Eastern on Sunday and had an amazing experience thanks to both Vincent and Colin with all of their very capable and lovely staff. The scenery is out of this world, dishes are (literally!) paddock to plate and farm to table so you can see firsthand where your food is coming from: the freshness is out of this world, and best demonstrated by the plate of vegetables at the start. Wow. Colin and his team create beautiful dishes with mouthwatering flavors. Vincent and the rest of the staff are hugely attentive and fun and delightful in conversation. Every dish and every carefully thought out and excellent pairing (both the wine and alcohol-free) are accompanied with an enthusiastic and passionate story from the staff. Colin works from an open kitchen and everything looked impeccable. The Hat is simply a matter of time, so be quick to enjoy it while you still can until the restaurant will be filled with reservations! Many thanks again to Vincent and Colin, for an amazing and lifelong memory.
