Had an issue on my i30n. Phoned up and got Nick which was friendly and knowledgeable.
He communicated quickly with return emails and sent me a part in record time. Fitted part and problem is rectified.

Bought a DV+ valve for my 2016 Alfa Romeo Giulietta 1.4MA Turbo.
This car is chiptuned by Savali in the Netherlands where i live.
Lately i was loosing boost pressure, in the higher rev range, and the engine started holding back violantly!
Ordered this (original) DV+ (watch out for cheap fake ones from China!!!)
It transformed the car totaly, the car responce to the gas padel with les to no turbolag, and after shifting (my car is a twinclutch), the turbo pressure is immediately there.
It holds it's boost all the way trough the the rev range, at 1.82 Bar (26.39 PSI) droppping of at 5700rpm.
The original plastic DV could not cope with this kind of boost!
Every sirious tuner should install one after increasing turbopressure!
The midrange power at 334Nm (246.39 lbf∙ft) is strong, with 201 Hp to match, it feels it's finaly all there!
Best money i ever spend on my car!
With the valve came a GFB sticker, wich i aplied to my car, but crikey i messed it up.
Bullocks what to do.... i dicided to mail to GFB in Australia, if they could sent me a new one. (for wich i gladly would pay)
No message back, but after a week or so, a letter aaaaal the way from Down Under arrived at my door, with best regards, and two stickers!!
Now people that is some serious costumerservice!
They just could ignore my request, from the other side of the world.
This and the quality of the part (wich is second to none) makes me an alltime fan!

Bought one of the new 3005 boost controllers. Had an issue with the head unit. Nick from tech support replied to my email the next day and was happy to replace the unit. I was able to drop the faulty unit off and pick up the new one all within a couple of minutes.

I got a DV+ for my Audi Mk 2 TTS. It was transformative with the car driving so much better now. Much less Turbo Lag. I needed a little tech support for the install and email replies were within an hour of me sending my questions. The whole experience with GFB was great. A top notch company with great products.
