Recently purchased a new welder from Dynaweld. There was an issue with it's operation. I called Dynaweld and spoke to Sandra.She was very pleasant and helpful. I returned the machine to their warehouse.I spoke to Jason the technician and he understood the problem. The guy's prepared another machine for me and tested it thoroughly. The staff were ever so polite and helpful and even boxed the replacement welder and loaded it in my vehicle. I give this company 10 out of 10 . Thanks great service 👍 Highly recommend

This is more a review of their mst185 but does come down to ever the brainiac was who thought this was a good package. I bought the mst185 a few years back and have only been running .8 wire but then needed to run .6 but the kit doesn’t come with a .6 roller only a .8 and .9 so had to buy a new welder just for the .6 so thought I’d run .9 in the mst185 thinking it comes with the roller it should be fine but here’s the kicker the liner is only for .6-.8 so technically you can only use .8 wire in a welder you pay near $700 for also it comes fitted with a male quick connect so I had to source that connection which I had to get online so would I recommend this welder not unless they have sorted these issues out

I have been having issues with my bossweld welder. I emailed your customer services multiple times and sent a video and description of the fault saying I am desperately looking for your help as the company is standing still without the welder and losing money every day. After your initial response saying you sent the video to your technicians I have simply been ignored. I have followed up multiple times saying I desperately need your help but no response. For this reason we as a company can simply not afford to work with you again. You clearly do not value us as a customer and have absolutely zero after sales support. Unfortunately this review is Zero out of Five.

Nothing but 5 stars for the staff at Dynaweld. I needed specific advice on a welding project and they really went out of their way to help guide me to the right welding machine and tools required for the job. Very knowledgable and very patient with my many questions.... 5 stars and two thumbs up.

Late last year had a negative experience with a seller of the dynaweld unit. The owner himself rectified the situation immediately. The owner himself was a pleasure to deal with and even supplied extra tips, lubricant AND a massive roll of wire. Today 7th june the owner of dynaweld was kind enough to assist once again with a fault. He exchanged the unit with a fully tested refurbished unit and supplied equipment to use as a gas welder. Very impressed with Dynaweld. Highly recommended!!!
