The aromatherapy said it’s concentrated but when you use you can barely smell it, I used to my clinic couple of mins only the smells gone,
The Rose Clenaser can’t even clean the face, the smell is gone for few minutes.

They asked me the batch, I sent them the photos and she said I need to specify the product, I told Peggy if they have the batch number and photos can they actually do something?

It’s on and off emailed! NO apologies for inconvenience that caused to our busienss very UNPROFESSIONAL.

Absolutely wonderful experience ❤️ We normally order online, but decided to drive down from Townsville to pick up in person this go. Don was absolutely lovely and helped us so much. 😊 He's great at his position and made the experience incredible. Theo was also very nice and helpful! So glad we made the drive, satisfied as always and cannot wait to come back. Beautiful showroom. 😍

After being a very long term customer for several years, I have finally had enough.

I placed a business order, which I was then bombarded with continuous calls. Unfortunately, I work 12 hour rotating shifts so when I have downtime to call, it's not always during business hours. When they finally had the common sense to email, rudely advising I had to call. I explained that I was at work. I can return the call at 8pm when I get home from work, but I doubt they are working.

I was advised they are unable to send my order out. I requested they cancel the order and refund the money in this instance. They refused. I reiriterated my instructions, again this has not be actioned.

Customer service is unbelievably rude, they are harassing, and it seems once they have your money that's it. Refusal to refund is theft.

I will no longer be using this business. Between the 2 business operated by my family, we spend $1000's here, glad they are happy to lose customers

The first thing that greets you when you enter the premises is the waft of heavenly aroma. Browsing, trying and concocting signature scents, lotions and potions were encouraged.

We were given the best service by Nicole who suggested different combinations of raw materials. You can tell that she loves her job.

I have been regular customers for more than six years, good quality and fair price, they’ve got a variety products and raw materials either for people simply seeking simple and functional recipes or those who are DIY lovers. Highly recommended all range of vegetables oils and essential oils, most facial and hand creams, mask and clays, which are easy to begin with.

I ordered $250 worth of oil. They dropped it at a “collection point” 3km away from my house …. 47 minute walk one way. I rang up and said that I didn’t drive, and there’s no way I can carry this amount of oil for 90 mins. I also paid for delivery to avoid this. They told me there was nothing they could do. It was out of their hands and they weren’t willing to do anything other than pass me onto the couriers which said there was nothing they could do either.

I asked for a redelivery and for the parcel to be left outside my door like usual, as I didn’t realise I had to write permission for this. Usually parcels are left outside my door.

I’ve never had this issue with any other wholesale, or online shopping companies.

I found their customer service rude and apathetic. Very unwilling to help. They just kept telling me I needed to give permission even though I kept explaining that I didn’t know this, and that it didn’t matter now I needed a solution to get my oil… once they’ve got your money they don’t care.

I’ll be trying other companies from now on. I was really disappointed as $250 is a lot of money to spend on oil, and then have to pay to organise a pick up…. When you’ve already paid for delivery.
