Highly commend this company and Australia Post. I ordered a coffee machine steam ring on Tuesday 6 Aug around midday and requested Express Post.
I received emails confirming order via Paypal. All good. Today, Wed 7 Aug I decided to check early afternoon & was astounded to see the parcel in my rural NSW mailbox!!! Unbeatable service.

I had an issue with my Breville coffee machine and this was the authorized repair center for the warranty repair. The service tech sent me some photos (attached here) and told me that the machines circuit board was damaged by cockroaches and the repair would not be covered under warranty. The photos did not show any damage so I visited the shop and asked the service tech again and he insisted that it was cockroach damage to the circuit board. The issue with the machine presented as a flow meter problem (there were multiple posts about the issue online and flow meter replacement had fixed it). I asked for a quote for the parts only portion of the repair costs and was surprised to see a flow meter and a circuit board listed. When I asked why the flow meter would also be replaced the service tech said as a precaution and was told that the circuit board was again faulty and he did'nt want to argue about about it. Not trusting the service techs judgment I decided to order the flow meter and replace it myself. $23 for the part and now the machine is working fine. Sadly in my experience here the service techs judgement was way off the mark and it cost me $23 and voided the remainder of my warranty. I wouldnt go back here for my repairs.

Our 14 year old microwave stopped working, when I called the staff were so very helpful and courteous. They ordered a new fuse which arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately that was not the only issue with our microwave, I contacted the staff again who said I could drop it off to be assessed. When I arrived to drop it off, a staff member came and took it out of my car for me. The staff were very friendly, up front and honest. No hidden agenda or surprise prices. Unfortunately our microwave was beyond repair, the staff then offered to dispose of it for us. Outstanding service

This company is the local approved repairer for my appliance.
They misdiagnosed the fault and replaced a part unnecessarily. This replacement part took 4 weeks to arrive.
The appliance faulted again before they even left my place.
They ordered another different part which was going to take another 3-4 + weeks and then likely another 1 + weeks before they could fit it.
I contacted the manufacturer who agreed to replace the appliance.
Throughout the 9 week process the admin staff showed little to no interest and offered no communication even when they had promised to do so.
