The staff at printing section were very helpful, we were struggling to take our daughter’s picture for her passport. 2 of the staffs were very patience and took their time to take the pictures that we needed. Thank you for the amazing service that you have provided to us very thankful to the staffs.❤️

The team at this branch of Officeworks are always friendly and happy to help. Often they markdown the food and beverage near the counter and I got a few $1 bottles of 600ml coke and some energy bars for 10 cents last time I went

Be careful while printing things here. I went here to print a booklet with 200+ pages. The price online showed me 60 dollars however I couldn't collect it same day so I went in to get it printed.

The guy at the counter initated the printing without confirming the costs. I was so close to tapping my phone to pay when I saw the amount on the machine as it was 422 dollars to print.

I refused to pay as he hadn't confirmed what colour / size etc and the response I got was printing is expensive. Well, I could buy my own printer with that price.
He then called someone else and they printed it for me for 60 bucks but had I not seen the amount on the tap machine, I would have walked out having paid a ridiculous amount of money for printing.

Had some difficulty printing things here for my wedding. All 6 times I went to this store, there was not even 1 staff member to be found to ask a question to. So at one point we printed the wrong thing and another time they delivered the product after the date they said it would be ready by. You're better off paying a few extra dollars and ironically get a better product and better service online via Vistaprint.

Printed a photo using the self service kiosks. It was my first time but the process was fairly straightforward. The prints aren't professional quality but good enough for what I needed. And for the price (less than or around $1 per photo) I think it's fine.

Just don’t. Half machines are broken. Support is not available and you pay for things and they never happen. Go if you want to waste your time.Printing quality is bad has lines through it!!!!!! the self serve printer doesn’t work you just scan and wait with zero response!!! Don’t do it. Staff just look at you blankly!
