I found Metro Wide Appliances extremely polite & professional in all my interactions regarding the repair of my coffee machine.
They were only too happy to retrieve the machine from my car & place it back in my car, when repaired.
They were extremely knowledgable about the machine & the possible issues and the repairs were completed 2 day's ahead of time and well below what we anticipated in costs.
I would not hesitate in recommending them for repairs on domestic appliances.

It’s not often one is compelled to write a review for a repair shop but these guys are outstanding! So knowledgeable and efficient, plus they have to be the friendliest shop I’ve been to in ages. Price-wise they are so competitive that it’s worth the drive to Hornsby, though they alap offer a courier service for a small fee.

These guys are FANTASTIC!

I took in my Breville Barista Touch coffee machine which stopped dispensing water from the grouphead.

The gentleman that served me was well mannered and was efficient. My details were ready and he ensured me that the machine will be looked after and returned in perfect condition.

The coffee machine was repaired and I was alerted within a couple of days.

It was all repaired!

The whole experience was easy and pleasant.

Left my Sunbeam blender with them for a minor repair (1st Half NOV 2024) , when I dropped it off ETA given was 2 weeks, I reached out after 3 weeks only to be told parts delivery was delayed, new ETA mid December 2024.

No courtesy email with an update unless I reached out, then they go on leave, shops closed over X-mas and new year, again no update.

Sent an email again requesting for an update. Was given new ETA late Jan, told them to cancel the job, picked up without getting it fixed. I ordered the parts myself and it arrived within few days already. Don't trust a word they say, even 1 star is too much for them

We have been coming here for years to get our coffee and other machines repaired and have always been very happy with the quality of the service and staff. But now I need to give a big shout out to these guys who when faced with a repeating machine problem decided to solve the problem with an "outside the envelope" solution. Can't say much more but we thought it deserved 5 gold stars!!
