Thanks to North Side Railings for a fantastic fence. From the moment of the request for a quote, right up until the end of the installation of the fence we were kept informed down to the last detail, and the fence was installed within the timeframe advised. Northside Railings recently installed our new pool fence, we could not have been happier. Their attention to detail, and concern to ensure design both suits us and all fencing requirements was exemplary.

There was not one wall that was not damaged. Two steps were cracked-no repair even offered. Still a loose connection on one rail, still not repairs, months later. Glue rubbed into the carpet, still stained. Metal filing embedded into the carpet, 3 weeks for the cleaners to remove the debris from the carpet, no attempt to even made to clean up any of the area before they left. One resident had a metal fragment embedded into their finger from these metal filings. A loose section of the staircase was left overnight without any hazard or a warn sign for the residents.
