The attention to detail with the installation was exceptionally high, and they went out of their way to ensure a professional finish.
Other companies kept saying it couldn’t be done and you guys proved them wrong.
The quoting, follow up and trades all came and installed two systems within 6 hours, cleaned up after themselves and were reset respectful.
They were more expensive than most, but totally worthwhile given the experienced installer and quality brand they use.

Outstanding service all around.. from initial quoting, onsite planning to complete installation... I'm really happy with my experience with Baramenco, Tam and his team on the job and in the office. I had a tricky installation and they handled this impeccably. I'm a return customer - Baramenco installed my Daikin unit 23 years ago. That says a LOT about the product and the follow up service over the years. Wow. Reading these reviews I have to say our experience so far is VERY different. Had to chase them after accepting the quote. Then zero information about when it might be installed until I emailed again. The installtion itself was professional BUT not functioning due to absence of the electrician and no explanation givem. Emailed AGAIN and had a call from the electician who was left with the task of explaining. Nothing from the Dealer about this, Nothing from the dealer explaining what issues might occure. Really poor customer communication so far. Now I've been told nothing will happen before next Tuesday. Thats 5 days away and it looks like this weekend with have 30 degree plus temps. less than impressed so far.
