Please do not use this scam company.

1. They are unlicensed
2. They took my money and never delivered any products.
3. I received a judgement against them in court but they closed that company down and created this new one.

you are correct it is a new company that you started to avoid refunding me money that the court ordered you to pay.

see attached

1 fair trading saying company is un licensed.
2 ABN of scam company that ripped me off - taking $3,591.62 and providing no product
3 ABN of new phoenix company created to avoid paying the court ordered refund. Notice its the same director.
4 Court Order in my favour.

Please avoid so they can not scam any body else.

I haven't ordered anything from this company however I see reviews that are two or three years old and yet the ABN was only registered on the 6th July 2021. Seems a little ..... odd. I think I'll go elsewhere based on the negative review here.

Had 5 of the tilt and turn windows installed at our place about a year ago all of varying sizes ( Mostly quite large ).

After waiting a year or so before posting my review on such matters I can definitely vouch for these windows as an excellent product.

I bought a double brick house only 50 meters or so away from an inner west railway line and had to do something about the constant noise the place was subject to. After doing lots of research I figured that the double glazed windows that this company had on offer seemed to be what I was looking for.

After getting the insulation in my roof replaced ( by another company ) and then these windows installed the property went from the biggest mistake I had ever made in my life to a great place where the train noise is barely perceptible.

The tilt and turn feature is super handy and I like the UPVC frame as it is always very easy to clean.

As a bonus they seem to do all the right stuff as far as thermal insulation goes.

Was a pleasure dealing with Katrina through the design process and Alex got the job done right when it came to installing the windows.
