In Walkerville Vic 122.5 Km from the Tv towers ,facing 6 Wind Turbines ,lifted the antennae to 6m ,cut back some trees . Our tv transmission has been intermittent for years and we would lose channels in bad weather.
I spoke to Malcolm GME Technical Support and he recommended and I bought the MHW35FDP mast head Amplifier Australian made with the PSK08-Pal Injector.
Spoke directly to Malcom after installing the mast head amplifier to work out one problem and after removing an old splitter we then have reception like we have never had before!
The day after setting it all up on 3 May there is rain, hail and wind gusts up to 90 km/h and the Tv did not ever know this was going on outside. The performance, thanks to Malcolm’s technical support and the purchase of the mast head amplifier is absolutely perfect. Can recommend this product unequivocally and Malcolm’s brilliant Technical Support.
100 % recommendation for this company.

Sent in my xrs to get it fixed. They fixed the issue, replaced my power plug inside the unit which was broken and sent it back to me with express postage free of charge. Very easy to deal with and great products.

GME is such a great company. We couldn't find the Allen Key to swap over our antennas and when I enquired about where I could purchase a replacement, Zachary from GME offered to send us one at no cost (they even paid for the postage). This is such good customer service, the likes of which you rarely see these days. I'll ensure we always look at GME for future purchases. ?

I am surprised by the positive reviews. I am trying to put a charger for my GME hand held marine radio all suppliers i have contact are complaining about GME response time to to parts. I place an an order with a supplier 3/1/23 followed them up today 19/1/23 they received a response the day prior advising out of stock and do not know when they will receive stock.

I had a 27 meg Marine antenna that was faulty, I explained I always take good care of my 3 antennas and never leave them on the vessel. The 27 meg was 6 months out of warranty, they replaced it as a sign of good faith and send it from the eastern states to WA free of charge. Outstanding service as someone else mentioned and very friendly to deal with. No hesitation on my part recommending their products. Dave
