Just picked up a bag of super mocha and it did not disappoint. Strange to see negative reviews here, these are some of the best beans I've tried, and I've tried many. If you know how to dial in the espresso for your machine then you'll get the best out of the beans. I am pretty confident I have dialled these ones in perfectly. Smooth with lovely thick golden crema. The flavour profile is exactly as described, with a lovely chocolatey after-taste.

Tried a few bags from Witham’s recently, including the Kenya AA, Super Mocha, and the Colombia ‘Popayan’ Supremo. Honestly, I was pretty disappointed. The Colombia beans were overly roasted—ended up dumping the whole bag because the taste was just too burnt and flat. The others weren’t much better. They seem like just another regular roaster using pretty average beans. Nothing really stood out in terms of flavour or freshness.

It felt like a waste of time and money to travel there just to get beans that didn’t live up to the hype. I was hoping for something more special or unique, but unfortunately, it just didn’t hit the mark for me. Wouldn’t go out of my way for them again.

I bought an ex display brand new high end coffee machine from withams in April 23. From day one there was an issue with getting quality shots from it. I called the service guy, Steve on three separate occasions. Given I live an hour away and the size and weight off the machine, It was very hard to return. Withams agreed to have my local tech look at it, I did that but he failed to diagnose it. Then a few months later I put another coffee machine next to it and noticed the water flow was restricted on the machine. The reason for this was scale build up. This scale had been there because the machine was sitting in the withams show room with water in it for more than 2 years. I have had the machine running on nothing but Brit’s finest filtered water. Withams owner denied any responsibility. In fact when I asked for them to pick the machine up and fix it, The owner told me to go to fair trading as I would have no leg to stand on. Then hung up the phone. In my opinion, It would be very unwise to buy a coffee machine off withams. The Owner is very rude and unwilling to solve problems.

This is completely untrue. I am saddened to see someone in your position resort to this tactic in order to save face. You brought up fair trading first.
You also are using the fact that it took 18 months to diagnose the machine had scale, As an excuse to avoid the fact that the machine had significant scale when you sold it to me.
This fact is not in dispute, I called your service tech a month after purchase with the issue. You admitted to me on the phone that the scale was present at time you sold it to me. I have had an independant tech tell me it was there at the point of sale.
You should offer a new machine and apologise for the problem, not try to make me out to be a liar. That is dishonourable behaviour at the very least.

Super grateful as these guys helped me source a part at very short notice for my machine so I could have it for the Easter weekend. Customer service was so helpful, friendly and proactive. Will be bringing my machine here to service following this experience.

Not sure why. I have had now two times on a row 1 week apart, the sense of heavy burnt taste from coffee here from first sip, followed by heavy disturbing diarrhoea episode and tommy ache i. 30 mins. I am a coffee person, do not have this w other take away coffee daily, not lactose intolerant and also this burnt taste reminds mo so much of the small espresso home machines w tablets that I don't like.

Delicious chocolate tarts and hot chocolates! The coffees with fresh ground, on-site roasted beans are superb! Service is fantastic and always friendly!
