From start to finish JNK were fantastic. There were several holdups during our renovation process and as a result changes, but the guys were extremely understanding through it all. Being someone that was oblivious to what’s needed/what’s not, this team was fair and honest with all recommendations.

Would highly recommend them and will absolutely be back for more in the future.

This would be possibly my 4th time visiting their business and the guys always deliver an awesome service with honesty efficiency and practical solutions to your plumbing concerns. On my recent visit they were kind enough to take out their time to guide me on changing a mixer tap cartridge and shower spouts. I am an average handyman at best and by the end of it I felt like I could change careers and consider plumbing as a profession🤣🤣🤣… THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN!!!!

I can't rate Jeff and the team at JNK highly enough. The customer service is better than any I experienced elsewhere, helped us to understand the process and lead times required, beat every price I had found elsewhere and were always willing to help us make savings where we could (i.e. if a generic product was just as good quality). Really good range of products and the quality is good. Jeff and the team really know their stuff and are completely trustworthy. Even shared their food with our daughter to keep her entertained while we shopped! Will 100% come back here if I ever do another bathroom renovation.

Excellent customer service and product range. We were served by Jeff and he knew all of the products and spec's for every item we wanted. We were there for half an hour and had purchased absolutely everything for our new kitchen and two bathrooms. Excellent service and great price!! I would highly recommend!
