ACG are excellent. From the initial consultation with Scott through to the installation done by Habib, Gadget and the other team members has been flawless. They arrived on time, were polite and addressed any questions / concerns I had. The system is working perfectly as expected and is so quiet (Daikin Premium 16KW ducted system with AirTouch 5). Pricing was very competitive and the customer service has been great. Highly recommend.

I had to have another installer ( who also said it was dodgy work plus dangerous as electrical wiring is not complying) to fix the dodgy work done - electrical work not compliance plus rather then lifting the air con on wall bracket so water pipe can go to condensation pipe, they just put it sitting on 2 big metal tubing. Hence, water back flow to joint. When I booked them back to look at the issue, his own technician said it was not done correctly and air con needed to be lifted. Their excuse was the aircon has sunk.... Are they serious or think we are dumb? Both their service & install depts denied their dodgy work, plus charged like ragging bull and very aggressive & defensive when told of their errors. Then gave us outrages quote to fix their dodgy work... think we are stupid to trust you people again ! shame on you!.

Very prompt, efficient and friendly. Only one week turnaround from quote to installation of our ducted system. Michelle and his team completed the job in half a day. All rubbish was disposed of. We had an excellent experience with ACG, from quote to installation, to replace old A/C Split system. The installers, John and Vicky were friendly, efficient, did a great job and even cleaned up afterwards! Highly recommend.

Ajith and John were all highly effective, responsive, professional, and polite throughout the process, the same holds for Guiseppe. I truly appreciate their efforts. However, one aspect that could have been handled better is the choice of airconditioning finish. I would have appreciated being consulted beforehand about whether I preferred a glossy or matte finish, as the glossy one now feels out of place, resembling a fridge in the middle of the room. Unfortunately, no option was provided to address this concern after installation.

Additionally, for smaller rooms, I noticed that the aircon units provided were quite large, taking up unnecessary space. A more tailored solution for smaller spaces would be ideal.
Despite these concerns, I was satisfied with the overall installation process, which is why I’m still giving them 5 stars.

Had a great experience with the Air Con Guys. I like to do my research and these guys were responsive, professional, answered all my questions (and believe me I had many over several phone calls !) and overall did an amazing job.
Being in a unit and needing strata approval and extra documentation wasn’t an issue for them and they sent everything through in a timely manner.
The installation guy Louie was just as amazing and THE cleanest tradie I have ever come across. Left my house exactly as it was without one piece of dust. I also loved how respectful he was to his assistant helping him. He gave great advice at layout and where it was best to install based on our concerns. Communicated to us every step of the way.
From my initial inquiry and responding to that, all the way to installation, was a smooth process. Thank you!
