Open later on week nights, which is really useful. They are always friendly and happy to take care of people. Parking can be a little tricky, but you can go down Canterbury road a bit and walk back.
They have all the usual pharmacy add ons plus a dispensary.

Opens later than other chemist on weeknights. I came here post operation and Tiffany (Pharmacist) was really helpful, kind and thorough with her instructions, even though it was late. I visited other chemist on the same night prior to this chemist and they were not so helpful at all. I'm glad I came here

I have been going to this chemist for 13 years now.
It has been under new management for two years or so, which has made a huge difference to the experience!!
Both times I had Covid I needed to order supplies for my asthma, I had it delivered within an hour. A true testament to the customer service.
Every time I go in there the pharmacist and staff are extremely helpful and very polite. It is such a pleasure visiting you guys. Thanks so much !!

Great service and lived up to their name "friendly pharmacy", better than these big names you see in all the main streets. One staff member was particularly helpful and went above and beyond any service I've received in a longtime. Well done Friendly Pharmacy, you now have one more loyal customer. Excellent pharmacy and staff.

They took the time to explain the current shortage with RATs and how best to source tests. They’re one of the only pharmacies from those I checked that are actually supplying the tests at the moment and at the same price as other pharmacies.

I’ve dealt with this pharmacy’s staff previously and they always show care in their dealings. One of the few pharmacies I’ve come across that operate as a health provider rather than a business.

Am updating this review as I completely misunderstood why they were charging high prices for rapid antigen tests in December. It was a highly stressful time for all. I have since visited this chemist again and the customer service was really outstanding. Thanks for assisting your local community!
