We contacted quite a few contract manufacturers in search of someone willing to help us manufacture our new oral care product.

While many responded, only AUS Cosmetics was prepared to entertain our desire for a small initial production run. Being new to the industry and with a new product, we wanted a small production run to minimise financial losses in case we weren't successful.

I originally looked at several different manufacturers to partner with, but for me Aus Cosmetics stood out head and shoulders above the rest for a few reasons -

They were happy to cater for smaller businesses and run smaller batches - this is important when there are so many variables which can affect the end result.

Aus Cosmetic, in particular Sarah, have been extremely helpful in the quality assurance of my product and helping me to grow from a small scale operation into a much lager production.

The final factor which was important to me was the privacy they provided. My formula is my IP, and with Aus Cosmetics this is protected. With other companies I did not get the same sense of security, respect or discretion. After working on my formulation for such a long time it was paramount for me to work with a company I could trust.
