Outstanding customer service. I am very picky when it comes to trades service stores.

Once I find a good one I tend to stick to it and only buy from that particular store.

Tarren point total tools, gave me a great experience the first day I attended, and now they’re my go to tool store.

When driving towards the city in the mornings and there is something needed to be purchased for work, I’d much rather make the u-turn in the opposite direction even though their competitor would be easier to go to.

If anyone is in the Sutherland shire, you know what I am taking about.

Chad and the team made significant efforts to do the little things to help.
I walked in and was acknowledged, asked what I was looking for and helped without being pressured. They offered to grab trolleys or a basket and as I was walking around another team member asked if I wanted him to take my items to the counter for me while I continued shopping.

The best service is service that surprises, and I was surprised but this Total Tools is the best I have been to in all areas, if your tossing up to go here or somewhere else, choose this store!!!
