BEAUTIFUL HEALTHY PLANTS

I ordered a jumbo rubber tree and was incredibly impressed with the appearance of the plant - exactly as expected and very well-looked after. Delivery was also fast - definitely a fan of Bloomspace.

Bought XL happy plant in a pot as a gift

Items came separately!! I had to purchase dirt before it could be potted.

Pot was an exterior style ugly concrete pot.

Advised company via email .

They didn’t get back to me but sent me a form for review

I emailed again saying I would prefer to discuss privately.. they said thanks and would send “free” plant as grateful for no bad reviews and would make it clearer that you are buying pot and a plant not a potted plant.

But despite further emails on my end no response

Despite promises made. No satisfaction.

Sorry can not recommend this company

Great small business with very passionate business owners who really care for their plants and also their customers. Ordered two plants from their website (great pictures btw!!) which was very easy and smooth including the payment process. Fast delivery as promised on the website does definitely give them another plus point! Already recommended it to my friends!!

Non responsive customer service and not bothering to acknowledge it.

Felt like I got harassed on fb after I wrote the above comment and as shown in their response below :

“ Hin has never been a customer of Bloomspace but continuously messaged our Facebook channel with questions that are clearly addressed on our website. When we responded to Hin, they post this review! We have hundreds of 5 star genuine reviews and take our customer service very seriously! Hin is a complete time waster.”

It’s social media mate... 2019 now , not 1984.. everything is above board.
