Woodcroft quality meats used to be quality but in my opinion the quality has declined with the new owners. My husband asked for a shoulder of lamb & the butcher wanted to bone & roll it. Hubby said ok. Last night we cooked it only to discover the centre was pure fat ! Right through as big as a coke can. I have photos but looks like I can’t publish them here. INEDIBLE!

By far the best Butcher shop in Western Sydney. Always taken care of and always have the best meat. Always the butcher shop I recommend whenever anyone asks where to get good meat at a good price 10/10

The meat is fantastic but I won't shop at this butcher due to the horrendous and insulting customer service. No wonder you don't need to wait in line anymore, even on weekends. We work too hard for our money to be treated badly. Even worse, when I gave them a second chance the owner tried to guilt me for not buying from the shop for a couple of years after being a customer of many years. Ridiculous. No way to run a business.

These guys really looked after me, I had lots of questions and dealt with me quickly and to the point.

Lots of meat items to choose from, and could have something complicated or simple dealt with at the shop.

Lots of people to help and look after all customers that came to the counters to be served. Just ask the question and they can help you out.

Great Customer Service, I won’t buy my sausages anywhere else, There’s a reason why they are voted number one, they are amazing. Highly recommend!
