Terrific service. I am a small customer building my vintage cars. I often need small amounts in odd sizes of steel and brass and have found Edcon ready and happy to help. The guys at Edcon Steel are fantastic. First class service. They were able to make on the spot what I needed for my small DIY job that no other steel company wanted to help me with because my small job wasn’t worth their effort / time even though they said they had what I needed they just wouldn’t sell it to me. Business like Edcon that help customers no matter their project size are like gold these days.

The service is so slow that if a baby was born at the time I arrived here, it would already be too old to date Leonardo DiCaprio when I leave.

Five star customer service. I ordered a small quantity of metal and instead of just cutting it and sending it to me, Alan got in touch and explained that guillotining a piece that size would deform it. He suggested a slightly cheaper alternative. They have certainly got me as a repeat customer.

Great business to deal with. As a hobbyist I only need shorter pieces of steel, not full lengths. They are happy to cut me whatever short lengths I need and post or courier to me out in the middle of no where. AAA+++
