Spencer from Rollashield has worked with us from day 1 with the initial concept and design. We had a highly bespoke 12v modular requirement that required customisation and a fair bit of problem solving. Spencer came through with a solution when all the others failed.
Since then the product has exceeded expectations apart from a motor issue which Spencer sourced another higher performance model and expedited it to us even though we were in the north of the state. His knowledge of electronics, engineering and design mean he can problem solve and his commitment to customer service is exceptional
