I had a new shower screen installed.
Installation included removal of the old screen that had been dismantled - although the installer didn't appear to be aware of this until I mentioned this.
The shower screen is a mixed bag - the door is not parallel to the shower screen frame which is obvious - the wall is very slightly sloped which is the issue and Nova Screen said they could see this and could manufacture the door so that it is parallel to the slightly sloped frame but they don't do this !!
Some of the silicone installed between the shower frame and the bathroom tiles are good but there a section that isn't.
The shower door has a magnetic strip that does slip down in the door frame but can be pushed back up.
Nova Screen doesn't have an advertised complaints number and it took a while for them to respond to my complaint via the sales email address- the time frame to respond is way below what a consumer would expect.

So disapointed we had our builtin wardrobe redesigned by our builder.He recomended Nova for the sliding doors. Gary from Nova recommended 2 sliding doors was really critical because they hadn't installed the cupboard. He recommended 2 sliding doors, deposit payed,doors arrived and installed. We have shelves in the middle, when doors are open shelves are cut in half by the doors.
On contacting Nova it's our fault because we agreed to the quote. Garrys solution get the builder back to redo shelving in the wardrobe.
At this stage Nova want an extra $470 to install 3 doors. Not happy we followed the advice of their representative .Never deal with this company again .

Huge shout out and thanks to Nova Team at Beresfield. We've recently had our WIR designed and installed by them, and we are thrilled!
The entire team were a pleasure to deal with, from when I first made contact with Nicky who arranged a time for Kyle to call me and subsequently visit to quote - all of which was delivered on time, every time; to Corbin making any changes I asked for along the way without any drama or delay and delivering on a masterpiece of custom designed drawer handles that I had to have; to install days with Alex and Nick - who left the space in immaculate order; to Nicky who helped finalize our account. The entire process was streamlined and stress free.

Awesome team. From the initial discussions to the final project we are very happy with the results. The staff are knowledgable about their products. The suggestions that were made to inprove the space in our kitchen have proved to be exactly what we needed. Communication about the project was great. We enlisted the services of Corbin and his team to supply and install a new pantry/linen/storage cupboard in our home. Corbin was extremely professional and offered knowledgeable advice on layouts and finishes.
