Buzz's (I think that was his name) customer service went above and beyond when he spent about an hour helping re-install our roof rack that the 3D welding team had repaired. His patience, attentiveness and problem solving ethic was incredible to witness. I'd highly recommend the service from Angela and the team.

After 2 trips and 700 dollars my intercooler piping welding was off from the markings. Maybe if I was a tradie or a bigger customer I would have been looked after. Owner is great guy but I cant tell the same for the staff below him (admin and welders). I also think I was over charged. For these small jobs better to get someone else cheaper from gumtree. Bit disappointing as I am local...

I met the boss today and he was fantastic as well as cutting a piece of aluminum to my specs straight away for speaker grill protection from my cats.. I will not go anywhere else in the future.
