Best station in the mountains! A must visit for any tourist that loves bushwalking as we have many fire trails and bushwalks! It is the epitome of Blue Mountains transit, and sets high standards in the cleanliness of train stations. The gardens are well kept and there is a little library near the female bathrooms. Not to mention the locals are so polite and the station guard always greets people with a smile. The waiting room is always a nice temperature, unlike Blaxland station, which feels like walking into a fridge. If you like exploring hidden gems, then Woodford is the place for you! We also don't have like crime and stuff, like Mt Druitt, and we also are actually a relevant suburb unlike Kellyville.

This train station is the empitimy of NSW transport, after releasing myself from the voluntary shackles of the tinned carriages, i begun trotting down the tunnel towards the nearby national park where i begun a life and soul inhibiting hike while taking several layers off my will-to-live, as i continued this hike the constant beacon of hope known as Woodford station was constantly ringing through my brain knowing the lengths humanity can go to, in the name of public transport. Woodford station is most hikers last point of contact with the known world as has sustained generations in the past and in the future. If you step foot in this station you'll never be the same.

The Woodford Station is a decent stop in the middle of the Blue Mountains area. The atmosphere around here is worth a special mention, as the garden around the Station is well maintained and it deserves a credit, because it adds onto the country vibes in a place surrounded by natural beauty! It's quite clean and the facilities here are okay, in a train station of such a scale, with kind and friendly staffs stationed here ready to come for your assistance, if you ever need it. It's easily accessible, considering its location, as the Great Western Highway runs next to it, and trains do arrive and depart here punctually, via the only line through it, which is the Blue Mountains line. There's also a few good places to travel around here, mostly in the Blue Mountains with lookout points and hiking trails, and there's also quite a lively local community around here, just like some of the other train stations in the area!

Woodford Station is Unique due to the many well maintained Gardens placed around the platforms ? While it certainly needs Wheelchair access for people who experience issues with steep stairs, it has a Welcoming 'country' vibe and is a credit to the dedicated people who care for it!
